Schedule of Fees
- Administration fee and referencing fee £175.00 plus vat
- Inventory check in fee depend on size of property
- Deposit Protection insurance £50.00 plus vat

Rent & Deposit
On commencement of the let the following will be required in cleared funds
- First Months Rent

- Deposit – usually equivalent to one months rent
Lease Agreement
Our Assured Shorthold Tenancies are usually prepared for one year with a minimum six months break clause
Utility Bills
Please be advised that tenants are liable for all utility bills during the term of their contract, which will include – Gas / Electric / Water / Council Tax
