Letting Service
For this service we charge 10% of the total rent for the period of the tenancy plus VAT. The fee is payable for the entire agreed term and is due at the start of the tenancy.Management Service
The fee for our management service is 5% of the total rent plus VAT. This fee is payable on a monthly basis and is deducted from the rent on the date specified by the tenancy agreement.Short Letting
The fee for introducing a tenant for a short let (up to 3 months) is 15% of the total rent plus VAT.
Renewal
When a tenancy is renewed to the existing tenants or any related party, the same terms and conditions regarding fees apply.Sale
If a sale is agreed with the tenant or any associated party after the tenancy begins, Glenthorne will be entitled to a commission of 2% of the total sale price of the property plus VAT.Introduction

Gas Safety Regulations
Gas appliances owned by landlords and located in tenanted property must undergo annual safety checks by a CORGI registered engineer. In addition, installation, pipework and flues must be maintained in safe condition.A copy of the the report must be made available to the tenant.
