Tenancy Agreement

We prepare all the necessary legal documentation. Our Tenancy Agreements are regularly updated with any changes in UK Housing Legislation. Each agreement can be tailored to your specific requirements.

References

We obtain references for each tenant, normally financial, employment and previous landlord references.

Deposit

In general, a deposit of one month's rent is paid by the tenant and held by Glenthorne Properties against any dilapidations which may occur during the tenancy.

Inventory

We will check tenants into and out of a property at no extra cost. If we are required to prepare the inventory, a charge will be made according to the size of the property.

Rent Collection

At the beginning of the tenancy we will arrange for future rent payments to be made by standing order, directly to the landlord's chosen bank account to enable rent to be paid direct to the landlord by the tenant.
