In general, a deposit of one month's rent is paid by the tenant and held by Glenthorne Properties against any dilapidations which may occur during the tenancy.Inventory
We will check tenants into and out of a property at no extra cost. If we are required to prepare the inventory, a charge will be made according to the size of the property.Rent Collection
At the beginning of the tenancy we will arrange for future rent payments to be made by standing order, directly to the landlord's chosen bank account to enable rent to be paid direct to the landlord by the tenant.We are able to offer a rent collection service for 1% (plus VAT) of the rent collected.
