All of our property to let is vetted and rent charged in line with the current rental market for the specific area. A deposit will be required for all rented accommodation surplus to weekly rental rates, this is held as security against any damage/ dilapidations which occur during a Tenancy.

Studios from £140 per week

1 bedroom from £175 to £350 per week
2 bedrooms from £200 to £550 per week
3 bedrooms from £300 to £600 per week
4 bedrooms plus from £450 to £1,000
